Wyld is seeking a Sales Account Manager to oversee state sales across Wyld product channels with a focus on major retailers. You will manage your own sales quota and work with distributors to secure placements and educate customers on our brand.

The role requires building relationships, analyzing data, and driving growth through promotions and strategic partnerships. Travel up to 90% is expected; a background check and motor vehicle reporting check may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct sales, sales operations, or related field.
• CPG and wholesaler management experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with multiple levels.
• Willing to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive state growth.
• Prospect new business via in-person and phone calls; grow accounts.
• Collaborate with distributors to gain placements and educate reps.
• Analyze sales data monthly to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach distributor partners to improve product knowledge and performance.
• Attend trade shows and events; monitor market trends.
