Job summary

DP World is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a large, 24/7 warehouse operation during a startup phase. You will oversee multiple shifts, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
• Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
• Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production metrics and team performance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify hazards and implement improvements to safety and housekeeping.
• Ensure adherence to processes, work instructions and standard work.

• Support startup phase with leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
