The role emphasizes building a high‑performing culture, coordinating with HR, Safety, Quality, and Inventory Control, and delivering on start‑up milestones while embedding continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading large teams in high-volume operations.
• Start-up/greenfield launch experience preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience a plus.
• Ability to lead across multiple shifts and partner with HR, Safety, Quality

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
• Manage and develop operations supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees.
• Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and operational execution.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and Customer teams.
• Coach and develop leaders to build a high-performing culture.
• Support site start-up activities, process implementation, and stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement.
