Job summary

DP World in Commerce, GA is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead site HR operations for a large-scale warehouse startup. You will build the HR team, shape people strategy, and partner with Operations leadership to drive hiring, engagement, retention, and culture from launch through scale.

This role demands strong leadership, hands-on HR delivery, and the ability to implement processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading HR in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or large operational environments.
• Experience supporting large employee populations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and develop talent.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite Human Resources functions for a warehouse operation.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals and administrative staff.
• Partner with Operations leadership to support staffing, engagement, performance, retention, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support large-scale recruiting, onboarding, and workforce ramp-up.
• Coach leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce metrics to improve performance.
• Oversee safety, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead change management during site launch and stabilization.
