Job summary

syncreon, in partnership with DP World, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-profile warehouse start-up. This hands-on role requires managing multiple shifts, developing leaders, and driving safety, productivity, and customer service across a growing operation.

You will shape processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and build a culture of accountability and excellence from day one. A strong start-up / transition background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in large, multi-shift warehouse environments.
• Proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts and sites.
• Develop supervisors, team leads, and frontline staff.
• Drive safety, productivity, and quality KPIs.
• Plan staffing and workforce strategies for start-up phase.
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Inventory, and Customer teams.
• Coach leaders to build a high-performing culture.
• Support start-up activities and process implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement.
