Job summary

Syncreon in Commerce, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality excellence for a new high-profile warehouse start-up. You will shape the site’s quality culture and implement processes from day one.

The role requires building audits, controls, and KPIs, partnering with Operations, Inventory, Safety, HR, and Customer teams, and driving continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, or quality management.
• Progressive quality management experience in logistics or warehousing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite quality functions for the warehouse operation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes, audits, and controls.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations, inventory, safety, HR, and customers to improve quality.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and policies.
• Develop reporting and analytics to track KPIs and trends.
• Coach team members on quality expectations and best practices.
• Support startup activities and operational stabilization.
