Job summary

DP World in Palmetto, GA seeks an experienced Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily operations for the Weekend Shift and ensure efficient workflow.

You will oversee KPI monitoring, mentor staff, and liaison across departments, with back-up support to the Supervisor during absences, contributing to safe, organized warehouse performance. • Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
