Qualifications

• Ability to train and motivate frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor performance and document daily production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety hazards and housekeeping issues.
• Ensure employees follow processes and standard work.
• Coordinate with materials to ensure on-time receipt and shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.
