Job summary

Syncreon in Georgia (near Atlanta) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high‑profile warehouse start‑up. You will supervise multiple shifts, build a strong operations team, and establish the processes that will scale the operation from day one.

You’ll drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, partner with HR, Safety, and Inventory teams, and mentor leaders to create a high‑performing culture in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in operations management.
• Progressive leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to drive improvements.
• Experience with multi-shift or 24/7 operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts to meet schedules.
• Develop supervisors, team leads, and frontline staff for performance.
• Drive safety, productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and execution.
