Hoffman Hydronics is seeking a skilled Start-up & Pump Build Technician for field-service and pump shop support in the North Carolina area. You will perform startup, commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting, and customer training for commercial hydronic equipment, including boilers, water heaters, pumps, and VFDs.

The role combines strong field-service judgment with hands-on mechanical ability, with occasional pump shop work in Suwanee as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial hydronic systems and field service.
• Experience startup, service, repair, or warranty support for boilers, water heaters, pumps, and VFDs.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, control schematics, piping diagrams, OEM manuals, and startup checklists.

Aufgaben

• Perform factory-authorized startup, commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting, and training.
• Support field pump repair, motor replacement, alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Travel locally to customer sites; some overnight travel may be required.
