Zusammenfassung

Hoffman Hydronics is seeking a skilled Start-up & Pump Build Technician to perform factory-authorized startup, commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting, and training for commercial hydronic equipment. You will work with boilers, water heaters, pumps, pump packages, booster systems, motors, VFDs, and related controls in commercial facilities.

In addition to field work, you will support the Suwanee pump shop one to two days per week, building, repairing, and testing pumps and related

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; technical HVAC training preferred.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial hydronic systems.
• Experience with startup, service, repair or warranty support for boilers, water heaters, pumps, VFDs.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, control schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform factory-authorized startup, commissioning, and warranty service for hydronic equipment.
• Support Suwanee pump shop one to two days per week with pump build, repair, and testing.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydronic, and control issues using OEM manuals and test instruments.
• Conduct field laser alignment of pump and motor assemblies.
• Document readings, test results, and service actions in reports.
• Travel locally to customer sites as needed.
