Job summary

Mixpanel in San Francisco seeks a Startup Program Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program: building and maintaining partner relationships, driving founder engagement, and ensuring program operations run end-to-end.

This hands-on role requires deep familiarity with the startup ecosystem, being present in the right rooms, and turning founder relationships into tangible program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally around startups.
• Ability to build and manage partner relationships end-to-end from outreach to ongoing engagement.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across audiences and time zones.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product independently with context for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners; plan and execute partner activations.
• Drive founder engagement; design and deliver founder-facing programming; be a presence at events.
• Build and run outbound campaigns to enroll startups; identify participants for commercial nurture and coordinate handoffs with Sales.
• Maintain reporting connecting activity to outcomes; test new outreach formats and scale successful approaches.
