Job summary

Mixpanel, the leading product analytics platform, is seeking a Startup Program Manager to own day‑to‑day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program, building partner relationships, driving founder engagement, and keeping operations running end-to-end.

You’ll work with accelerators, incubators, and portfolio founders, run outbound campaigns, and coordinate with Sales for commercial handoffs, all while leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally with real time in or around the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to navigate accelerators, VCs, and founders; useful in those communities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners; plan and execute partner activations.
• Drive startup adoption of Mixpanel within each cohort and design founder-facing programming.
• Build outbound campaigns (email, social, partner channels) to enroll startups into the program.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales for participants ready for commercial nurture; maintain program reporting.
