Mixpanel, Inc. is seeking a Startup Program Manager to own day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program. You will build and maintain partner relationships, drive founder engagement, and ensure smooth end-to-end program operations.

This hands-on role suits someone with deep startup ecosystem knowledge, who attends key events, and can turn founder relationships into tangible program outcomes. Position is hybrid in the SF Bay Area with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development.
• Ability to navigate accelerators, VCs, and founders in startup ecosystems.
• Proven track record of end-to-end partner relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners.
• Plan and execute partner activations like Demo Days and portfolio programs.
• Maintain a prioritized view of partner relationships and focus areas.
