Job summary
Nebius Group in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Startup Community Manager to lead ecosystem activation and program development. You will connect investors, founders and AI startups, building partnerships with VC platform and community teams to drive portfolio engagement.
You will design curated programs, manage end-to-end events, and collaborate with Nebius teams to grow the startup ecosystem and surface opportunities for strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in startup ecosystem development or community building.
- Experience with venture capital platform teams or VC-backed communities.
- Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement.
- Experience designing curated founder/investor programs.
- Strong audience development and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with VC platform and community teams.
- Partner with Nebius' VC Alliances team to activate venture relationships.
- Develop a repeatable engagement model to strengthen connections with founders.
- Design and execute founder dinners, investor roundtables, and portfolio gatherings.
- Own end-to-end program development including coordination, invitations, execution and follow-up.
- Identify high-potential VC-backed startups aligned with Nebius' priority industries.
- Collaborate with Venture ecosystem and Sales teams to enable introductions.
- Surface ecosystem insights to inform Nebius' broader startup strategy.
- Track and report on engagement impact and program performance.
