Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center in Seattle seeks an energetic Program Manager to run 3–6 month accelerators, manage startup relationships, and support business development with corporate accounts. You will handle event planning, marketing collateral, and ensure programs meet milestones.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field (master’s a plus) with strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. A passion for startups and early-stage VC is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A passion for early-stage venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship with a good understanding of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and own differentiated accelerator programs for high-potential startups across Enterprise AI and Healthcare sectors.
• Serve as the central project management lead for the Seattle office and its partners, aligning stakeholders around initiatives, responsibilities, timelines and milestones.
• Build relationships with startups in the accelerator program; conduct intake and exit interviews; ensure startups meet program goals.
• Grow and maintain an ecosystem of mentors, VCs and service providers to add value to the program.
• Set up sessions for startups to meet with mentors, VCs and corporate partners; manage budget and events.
• Coordinate marketing collateral and communications with the marketing team; oversee monthly newsletter and major events.
