Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Startup Program Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the Mixpanel for Startups program. You will build and sustain partner relationships with accelerators and founders, driving adoption of our platform and turning founder conversations into program outcomes.

In this role you’ll interact across Marketing, Sales, and Product, plan founder-focused events, and manage outbound campaigns to enroll startups.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development — ideally with real time in or around the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to navigate accelerators, VCs, and founders and be useful in those communities.
• Track record of building and managing partner relationships end-to-end, from outreach through sustained follow-through.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across audiences and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners, identifying connections worth deepening.
• Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days and portfolio programs.
• Drive Mixpanel adoption within each cohort; design founder-facing programming with real value.
• Build outbound campaigns to enroll startups; coordinate handoffs with Sales; maintain activity-reporting.
