Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing leadership in high-volume environments, with preference for large form-factor/electronics experience, and strong Lean, problem-solving, and communication skills. On-site in Virginia with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or business.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with large form factor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, and key operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, positive work environment.
