Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in manufacturing or related fields.
• Strong PM, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, logistics, and supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Preferred: factory startup or expansion experience.
• Experience with large industrial equipment and electrical assemblies.
• Familiar with medium- and high-voltage wiring and power electronics.
• Background supporting complex customer programs in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale customer programs from planning through execution and production.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support the launch of a new manufacturing facility including process development and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Drive new product introductions and product lifecycle activities from concept through production.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify solutions and resolve issues.
• Support implementation of manufacturing processes for large electrical, power, and mechanical assemblies.
