Job summary

Jabil is hiring a Training Specialist for our Prince George, VA facility to build and run training programs for a new startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. You will deliver classroom sessions, become SME in core programs, and apply adult learning principles to improve performance.

Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams, you will identify skill gaps, develop targeted learning solutions, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles to improve retention.
• Proven ability to coordinate training activities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on first and second shifts.
• Develop core program content and instructional materials.
• Assess training effectiveness through metrics and certifications.
• Maintain accurate training records (completion, scores, certifications).
• Partner with production and engineering to identify skill gaps and solutions.
• Provide post-training support and coaching on the floor.
