Job summary

Jabil is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive startup operations in our Prince George, VA facility. You will establish production processes for large form-factor equipment, build a capable team, and implement standard work and training from day one.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of leadership in high-volume manufacturing, with Lean and problem-solving experience. On-site role with cross-functional collaboration to meet safety, quality and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years manufacturing leadership experience in a supervisor/manager role.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
• Supervise, coach and develop the production team for higher performance.
• Monitor production schedules, labor utilization and key metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
