Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Control & Materials Assistant Manager for a new manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will lead production planning, materials management, inventory control, and ERP/MRP activities to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on planning, strong leadership, and collaboration across production, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams. Start-up environment experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production control or related manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Strong scheduling and MRP knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate material planning and availability to support operations.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and maintain production reports, KPIs, and metrics.
• Support start-up activities and SOP development.
