The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/MES). You will collaborate across production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of production control, material planning, or inventory experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory control, and production workflows.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP and SAP or MES experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor output, adjust plans, and communicate changes to teams.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production to resolve shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts.
• Prepare production reports and track KPIs for scheduling and inventory.
