Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Control & Materials Assistant Manager for a new Georgia-based facility. The role focuses on production planning, materials management, inventory control, and coordinating with production, purchasing, warehouse, and operations to align schedules with demand and capacity.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP/MRP, SAP/MES exposure, and a track record of improving scheduling, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries in a start-up environment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in production control, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• ERP/MRP systems experience, SAP and MES preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor performance and adjust to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage material planning and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee WIP, raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Maintain inventory tracking procedures.
• Ensure accurate production orders and material movements in ERP/MRP.
• Support start-up operations and SOP development.
• Track delivery performance and drive improvements.
