Lincoln Electric – Harris Products Group is seeking a hands-on Process Engineering Technician / Operations Launch Specialist to help establish and grow the U.S. operations of Alloy Steel International (ASI), a leading Australian manufacturer recently acquired by Lincoln Electric.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment and roller table.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the startup and growth of ASI's U.S. manufacturing operation.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC Plasma Tables and Rolling Tables.
• Lead equipment runoffs, repairs, and process improvements.
• Support production teams in resolving machine and tooling issues.
• Maintain tooling and spare parts inventory.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Train and support operators on equipment and maintenance best practices.
