Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in product life cycle management or manufacturing environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead multiple projects of mid-high complexity.
• Drive project communications and monitor progress.
• Lead launch teams to meet project scope and changes.
• Manage schedule, cost, risk, and scope to satisfy stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with Customer Account Manager as primary contact.
• Support strategic and profit planning processes.
• Assist implementing continuous improvement in product development.
• Provide guidance to junior project managers.
• Ensure forecasts and demand are maintained.
