Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Process & Manufacturing Engineer to lead the process and manufacturing engineering functions for aerospace-type hardware in the Government, Aerospace, and Defense Solutions (GADS) unit. You will convert contract requirements into robust, repeatable processes that meet AS9100 and flight-critical quality standards.

You will collaborate with machining planners, drive process improvements, and support safety and multi-site project teams while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in aerospace-type parts manufacturing and process engineering (5+ years; 8–10 preferred).
• 10+ years manufacturing experience, CNC-centric; titanium/Inconel tooling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and documentation to meet customer requirements (PFMEA, control plans, etc).
• Define machining sequences, datums, cutting strategies, and in-process inspection requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, industrialize processes, and update work instructions.
