Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to energize our partner ecosystem through enablement, events, and programs. You’ll own materials, playbooks, and activations for VCs, accelerators, and entrepreneurship programs to promote and build with Supabase.

This role sits on the Partnerships team, with a strong emphasis on in-person events in the SF Bay Area and remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement or program management for developer tools or venture ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partner enablement materials—decks, playbooks, and activation guides.
• Oversee the cadence of partner programs and manage logistics across partner types.
• Organize events at partner/ VC-related events, sourcing speakers and coordinating talks.
• Plan and run end-to-end hackathons, including sponsorships and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align enablement with pipeline goals.
• Measure program impact through signups, pipeline, and event outcomes.
