Job summary

Supabase is building a comprehensive developer-first events program that scales community meetups, workshops, hackathons, and activations worldwide. You will partner with DevRel, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Design to ensure events align with product releases and developer education, while developing scalable playbooks for global growth.

The role sits in a lean, remote-first team; you will shape how Supabase shows up in person across regions, driving engagement and ecosystem partnerships

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs or partner marketing.
• Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
• Curious about developer ecosystems and the communities around modern infrastructure.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willing to travel for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scale the company developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons globally.
• Partner with DevRel to align community events with product launches and developer education initiatives.
• Coordinate community meetups around major industry events and Launch Week.
• Support community programming connected to the company Select.
• Support the SupaSquad advocate network through community activations.
