Job summary
Jabil is seeking a Site Startup Program Manager to lead the Prince George, VA facility startup and onboarding for large form-factor equipment. You will build the operations and manufacturing staff, establish process flows, and develop work instructions from the ground up, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer programs from quotation through production and product lifecycle management.
- Own and drive the site’s PLCM process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Finance, and HR.
- Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
- Monitor program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer reviews, business reviews, and operational status meetings.
