Responsibilities

• Lead department managers and oversee end-to-end unit operations including production, logistics, safety, quality, personnel and customer service.
• Hold managers accountable for meeting expectations and KPIs.
• Mentor, coach and develop managers and direct reports to build a strong talent bench.
• Ensure adherence to Newrest policies and client requirements across the unit.
• Communicate effectively with crew and teams; uphold safety and quality standards.
• Plan and implement operating methods to reduce problems and improve product quality.
• Review finances with leadership to stay within budget and drive productivity improvements.
