Newrest is seeking an Assistant Supply Manager to support daily supply operations, supervise teams, and uphold Newrest's high standards for quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Supply Manager to optimize efficiency, contribute to recruitment and retention efforts, and help establish a solid foundation for long-term success while embracing change and developing people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Leadership experience overseeing multiple non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages all department employees.
• Motivate and inspire team members to perform above expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with crew and team members.
• Hold team members accountable for expectations.
