Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, business management or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in inflight catering, airport hub, manufacturing, logistics or food industry managing employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage across levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly schedule and coverage; request additional team members as needed.
• Delegate duties to Supervisors and Leads for coverage needs.
• Set team goals and action plans based on business needs and objectives.
• Track daily and weekly performance; report on KPIs and safety metrics.
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews; enforce training and safety initiatives.
• Lead corrective actions and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Promote Newrest values and maintain positive, professional workplace culture.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet operational goals and drive continuous improvement.
