Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Startup Operations Specialist (SET Ops) to lead new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups, train drivers and managers, and contribute to process documentation, system testing, and design-level consulting.

This role requires extensive travel (75–80%), with assignments to new locations nationwide for defined periods. Strong prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations (customer/company).
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.

Responsabilidades

• Startup team focused on flawless execution and adherence to customer critical success factors.
• Ensure drivers and managers understand core operations and systems for tracking compliance, driver pay, and customer billing.
• Act as an extension of management to answer questions and make quick decisions during startup phase.
• Train new management team and Certified Driver Trainer group.
• Build out process flow and provide guidance on consistency of operations.
