You’ll act as a trusted advisor, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Based on a Las Vegas, NV location, you will engage with inbound and outbound leads, perform consultations, and collaborate with legal, credit, and accounting teams to deliver seamless

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated phone sales experience.
• Proficiency in fundamental computer and phone operations.
• Ability to build rapport and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Empathetic approach to understanding client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive warm leads daily and guide entrepreneurs through launching their business.
• Consult on services including incorporation, business credit development, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with legal, credit, and accounting departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Track progress through our CRM and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, and email to generate new business.
• Conduct consultations and present services to prospective clients.
• Close sales and collect payment from clients.
• Maintain Lead Management & Follow-Ups.
• Manage your pipeline efficiently to maximize the sales funnel, contact, conversion, and pitch rates.
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience.
• Answer client questions and address objections at a high level of professionalism.
