You will partner with colleagues across functions to turn priorities into actionable plans, establish standards, and build systems that evolve with company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials and curricula.
• Ability to run facilitation sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day learning needs, curricula, facilitation, materials, operations, and outcomes.
• Translate priorities into documented plans and measurable results.
• Build lightweight processes suitable for an early-stage company.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Identify risks and escalate important decisions with appropriate tradeoffs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle information responsibly.
• Use feedback to improve quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
• Communicate progress and priorities clearly to teammates.
