Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation General Manager to lead new operations within our Technology sector. This role involves strategic leadership throughout implementation and launch, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess General Manager-level experience with full P&L ownership, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to travel approximately 80%. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $155,000 and multiple benefits including Medical, Dental, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, warehousing or distribution required.
• Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize warehouse management technology to track inventory.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction.
