Tiello is partnering with a leading Industrial HVAC Service and Construction Contractor to launch and lead a new Electrical Division in Blytheville, AR. The role requires a strong background in industrial electrical work, preferably within steel mills or heavy industry, and a proven track record of building divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical/industrial construction teams.
• Ability to build a division with structure, processes, and procedures.
• Strong industrial electrical background, steel mill or heavy industry preferred.
• Existing book of business in industrial electrical space.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, recruiting and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
• Willingness to relocate to Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and strategic development of the new Electrical Division, including staffing, org structure, and workflows.
• Develop and implement SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control for industrial electrical work.
• Recruit and build a team of electricians, foremen, and support staff.
• Leverage existing relationships to secure new electrical project work, especially in steel mills.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor relationships as needed.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and other division managers on goals and strategy.
• Manage division P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Represent the company in client relationships and business development efforts.
