A growing mechanical contractor in Blytheville, AR is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to establish and lead its new electrical division. This role involves overseeing all electrical operations, including project execution and team management. Candidates need at least 7 years of electrical experience and prior leadership roles. Preferred qualifications include experience launching an electrical department and project estimating. The position offers long-term career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Prior leadership experience at Foreman, Superintendent, or Manager level.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, and project execution.
• Valid electrical license (Arkansas or ability to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Lead the launch and development of the electrical division.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage electricians and electrical field crews.
• Oversee electrical installations for commercial and industrial projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Develop operational standards, safety procedures, and workflow processes.
