Tiello LLC is partnering with an Industrial HVAC Service and Construction Contractor to launch a new Electrical Division in Blytheville, AR. The Electrical Division Manager will establish team structure, processes, and procedures while leveraging an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an electrical/industrial construction division.
• Built or significantly grown a division, branch, or business unit.
• Strong industrial electrical background in steel mills or heavy industrial settings.
• Existing book of business with steel mill or manufacturing clients.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and team-building skills.
• Excellent business development, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen with budgets, P&L, and cost control.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and strategic development of the new Electrical Division, including staffing and org structure.
• Develop SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control for industrial electrical work.
• Recruit and build a team of electricians, foremen, and support staff.
• Leverage existing relationships to secure new electrical projects in steel mills.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership on goals and business development strategy.
• Manage division P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Represent the company in client relationships and industry associations.
