Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. The CSU Planner will develop, maintain, analyze, and report integrated Construction, Systems Completion, Startup, Testing, and Commissioning schedules to support project objectives.

The role collaborates with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Client teams to ensure a logical, resource-driven path from construction through turnover, commissioning, and handover, with focus on CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Primavera P6 scheduling expertise is essential.
Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and Excel skills are required.
Ability to develop dashboards using Power BI.
Ability to coordinate interfaces across construction, engineering, procurement and startup.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Startup and Commissioning schedules using Primavera P6.
Integrate Construction, Mechanical Completion, Systems Completion, Turnover, and Commissioning activities into the overall project schedule.
Develop system- and subsystem-based commissioning plans and execution sequences.
Establish logic ties between construction completion, turnover, testing and commissioning activities.
Produce look-ahead schedules and reports (weekly progress, dashboards, milestones).
