Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucson is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead sales, service, and daily operations for our Gen Pest branch. You will build and coach teams, manage P&L, drive growth, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with sales for new business opportunities.

This in-person leadership role emphasizes operational excellence, customer service, and collaborative growth with support from operations, sales, and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience managing a business portfolio with P&L responsibility and/or leading a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
• Strategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and throughout the organization
• Pest control, termite, and/or weed control experience and licensing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including sales, service, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction
• Manage branch P&L, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive customer retention, portfolio growth, technician utilization, efficiency, and employee engagement
• Lead, coach, and develop branch management and field service teams
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop branch employees
• Partner with sales teams on business plans, forecasts, and new business development
• Oversee service delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure company programs, initiatives, and business standards are effectively implemented
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct team meetings and employee performance reviews and administer corrective action as needed
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to achieve branch and company goals
• Travel to other branch and corporate locations as needed
