Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience working with startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong builder credibility with software engineers and founders.
• Deep technical proficiency building and scaling AI products and LLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand startup needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Win technical evaluations and help startups design evaluation frameworks for Claude.
• Build credibility with founders and startup engineers through clear technical leadership.
• Gather insights on startup deployment patterns and relay feedback to product teams.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events for workshops and deep dives.
