Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the Starship Pad Build in Cape Canaveral, FL. You will supervise a labor force, manage site logistics, and coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to advance complex aerospace construction projects.

The role requires 3+ years in construction or aerospace leadership and hands-on trade experience. You will enforce safety policies and manage contractor relations in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years of professional construction or aerospace experience with leadership/coordinating a labor force.
• 3+ years hands-on with a trade: welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project and team.
• Plan, implement, and enforce site logistics to meet schedule and goals.
• Manage construction assets (trailers, restrooms, equipment) and safety policies.
• Coordinate with engineering/project management and end users for operations and maintenance.
• Manage contractor onboarding, scheduling, and daily site operations.
• Create and iterate on worker/subcontractor schedules; maintain daily logs.
