Job summary

SpaceX in Memphis, TN seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Planner for XAI (Starlink) to support the Starlink Supply Chain Planning team. You will help establish and maintain signals that drive production of the Starlink satellite constellation.

The role focuses on cost, quality and speed of execution while collaborating with engineers and suppliers to shape the supply base. You will audit BOMs, manage inventory targets, and develop strategies to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations or supply chain management, material cost control or master production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and audit bill of materials in MRP systems for production at rate.
• Establish and manage inventory targets, review line of balances, align demand signals and allocations, maintain product master data.
• Mitigate risk by constructing and executing a supply plan that fulfills product needs on time and with quality.
• Be an expert in MRP, educate teams on its use and benefits to the business.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality to determine change cut-in and reduce obsolescence.
• Partner with stakeholders on implementing advanced supply chain strategies for risk mitigation.
• Proactively manage inventory and prevent stockouts while optimizing working capital SpaceX.
• Develop relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to enable the mission.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Proactively update SpaceX management on critical supply issues.
• Analyze supply chain data and report metrics on MRP health and execution.
