Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor''s degree with multiple years of relevant experience.
• Experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Experience with cost modeling and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of bill of materials in MRP systems for production readiness.
• Set and manage inventory targets and analyze demand-supply signals.
• Mitigate supply risk and ensure timely and quality material availability.
• Educate teams on MRP usage and benefits to the business.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality to reduce obsolescence and improve SC metrics.
• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives including long-term purchases and safety stock.
