Zusammenfassung

SpaceX is seeking a PCB Designer for Starlink in Redmond, WA. You will design in-house PCB layouts, work with HW engineers on schematics, and iterate designs across RF and power conversion.

You’ll contribute from routing to fabrication-ready documentation and collaborate across teams to improve design rules. Qualifications include a EE degree with PCB layout experience, plus proficiency in Altium or Mentor Xpedition, and familiarity with high-speed, RF, and mixed-signal layouts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 1+ years of professional experience with PCB layout OR 3+ years of professional experience with PCB layout in lieu of a degree (internships and club/project work applies)
• Experience with modern passive and active electronics components, RF components, high pin density components
• Experience with MIL-STD, IPC standards and design

Aufgaben

• Determine layer stackup, component placement, routing feasibility and signal routing for PCB designs
• Library creation and maintenance
• Create and release fabrication documentation for PCBs
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve design rules and test/manufacture guidelines
• Utilize PCB design tools and train team members to use tools
