Southern Star is hiring a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink for homes across rural and underserved communities. You’ll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to maximize their new service.

This role offers a clear career path: start as a Starlink Technician, advance to Senior, then Master Technician with increasing responsibilities and earnings potential. Paid training and company benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• Must be able to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time; lodging and per diem covered.

• Ability to upsell additional products during installs.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
