Southern Star is seeking a Starlink Technician in Malvern, AR to install and service Starlink satellite internet for homes in rural areas. You will be a technology ambassador, helping customers get online and showing them how to use the service.

During training you earn $17.00 per hour, with a base rate increase to $20.00 after training and a further $0.50 raise after 60 days. You can grow into Senior and Master Tech roles with continued earning potential and bonuses.

Formación

• High technical aptitude with ability to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.
• Willing to travel up to 20% with lodging and per diem covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales approach to offer customers additional products during installs.
• Clear background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
