Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC operates the Starbucks at the Residence Inn Buffalo-Downtown. We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team, manage staffing, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold product quality in a fast-paced hotel retail setting.

This role requires supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions, and managing store performance. Competitive pay is offered with weekly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or restaurant experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to understand company procedures and guest service standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including Word and Excel strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Accurate and prompt order taking.
• Prompt preparation of beverages following brand standards.
• Process payments, cash handling, and room charges.
• Maintain clean equipment and areas; restock as needed.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and security policies.
